Background: The COVID-19 pandemic infects athletes in different ways, and some ceased their training due to the pandemic. Many others reduced workout closure of sports venues, could continue as usual for a while. Objectives: aims this study can be divided into two categories: (1) Test between-group effect levels over six weeks (2) test within-group changes regarding body composition fitness levels.
